OUR
PRODUCTS
We specialize
in lobster tails from countries around the world which include Brazil,
South Africa, Namibia and Australia. We also focus on various species
of fish from New Zealand, South Africa and Brazil including Cape Capensis
and Orange Roughy. While we are primarily a direct importer and wholesaler,
we are always looking to work more closely with our clients to research,
identify and develop specialty and value added seafood products. Our
relationships at the source allow almost any of our products to be
customized to best suit your specific needs, including retail ready
packaging, ready to serve meals, private label programs and fresh,
cooked or even live options.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Unlike
many other importer / wholesalers, we do not promote our own private
label but rather we promote ARK Seafood as a ‘family of brands’,
many of which have been in the US market for 20 or more years. We
strongly believe that this empowers the packers and also encourages
them to take pride and responsibility for what they produce. While
we set the guidelines, it is our packers who strive to exceed them.
By encouraging them to put their name on the box, they become invested
in the market.
